Thomas Eugene

“We can go fast alone or further together”

After more than 15 years in professional sports and entertainment, Thomas Eugene has stepped confidently into the next chapter of his impactful career as the President and Managing Partner of ConnectPro360 — a consulting firm dedicated to bridging everyday people to opportunities across business, sports, and entertainment.

In his most recent corporate role, Thomas served as Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Multicultural Affairs with the Florida Panthers. There, he played a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s approach to workforce, workplace, and marketplace equity. Prior to that, he spent 12 years with the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, where he served as a Senior Account Executive and helped lead one of the NFL’s most successful group sales departments. In 2014, his team set a league record, selling over 25,000 more group tickets than any previous season, and Thomas personally generated more than $9 million in revenue during his tenure.

A native of Haiti and proud graduate of the University of Florida, Thomas has remained deeply connected to both his heritage and community. He currently serves as President of the Black Sports Professionals – South Florida Chapter, and sits on the board of two impactful organizations: Sant La – Haitian Neighborhood Center and the Udonis Haslem Foundation. He is also a Life Member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

Thomas was recently honored as a 2025 Gator Greats Honoree by the UF Black Alumni Association – South Florida Chapter, and was also awarded the Legacy Award from Sant La, recognizing his outstanding contributions as a former board member and leader in the Haitian-American community, and the 2022 Legacy Miami Corporate Executive of the Year

Through ConnectPro360, Thomas continues to elevate access, opportunity, and visibility, particularly for underrepresented voices in business, sports, and entertainment. This summer, he’s spearheading the firm’s Summer Speaker Series, making stops in Miami, Florida; Curitiba, Brazil; and Baltimore, Maryland — all under one banner: expanding the reach of sports equity, global collaboration, and strategic networking.
