As the founder and director of B-Ready Academy, I have the privilege of leading a microschool built on equity, excellence, and opportunity. We opened our doors in 2021 with just eight students and a dream—to give every child a high-quality, personalized education that empowers them to thrive. Today, we serve 41 learners at our main campus and are preparing to expand to Coral Springs, bringing that same life-changing education to even more families.
Our mission is to revolutionize education through inclusivity and consistency, shaping future leaders who communicate with purpose and care deeply for themselves, others, and the world. Through hands-on learning, we celebrate differences, spark creativity, and inspire curiosity. More than academics, B-Ready empowers children to explore their potential, follow their interests, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
At B-Ready, we help families embrace the power of school choice, learn how to advocate for their children, and access education funding that turns opportunity into reality. We’re not just building a school — we’re building a movement.
Through my fellowship with Arizona State University, we’re embedding a career- and college-ready mindset into our curriculum so that from the earliest grades, students are equipped to navigate any path with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
We are proud of the lives we’re shaping and the jobs we’re creating in our community. As we grow across South Florida, we remain committed to a proven model—rooted in personal connection, cultural representation, and academic excellence.
