Sasha Lightbourne is a strategy and digital technology executive with experience leading transformation, innovation, and growth across the aerospace, defense, government, and commercial sectors. She is recognized for creating and managing initiatives up to $500M—aligning strategic investments with technology innovation and measurable outcomes.

 Ms. Lightbourne currently leads a global advisory firm at the intersection of aerospace, technology, infrastructure, and capital planning. Under her leadership, Cygnus Horizon developed partnerships valued at $15M+ and is expanding operations across the United Kingdom and Africa.

Previously, she held senior roles at Boeing, Deloitte, and Booz Allen Hamilton where she led global teams in AI-enabled modernization, analytics, and strategy initiatives that informed next-generation aviation and national security programs. She also designed multi-million-dollar product lines that redefined how global companies delivered business outcomes through data-driven, AI-enabled solutions.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Lightbourne held leadership roles in Big Four consulting where she oversaw transportation, national security, and technology strategy initiatives for U.S. federal clients. Her tenure included building governance frameworks that informed U.S. next-generation transportation modernization and cybersecurity programs. She also spent time in the U.S. House of Representatives as a foreign policy and defense fellow.

Harvard-trained leader with an MBA and B.S. in Business Administration, she also holds advanced study credentials in Data Engineering and AI Product Design.

Ms. Lightbourne is an innovator for AI systems and has served on multiple non-profit and academic boards, including Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University, Broward College Foundation, and Greater Miami Aviation Association. She is a public speaker, writer, and advocate for innovation that serves humanity—empowering organizations and communities to reach their full potential.

Ms. Lightbourne is also a recipient of the Woman of Color Technology Rising Star Award.
