Chef Raheem Sealey always knew there was something special about KYU, the Asian-inspired restaurant in Wynwood celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
The restaurant, which opened in February of 2016, is known for its wood-fired barbecue and other delights. But there’s something about it that he’s never been able to shake, even when he left for a few years.
