In a bold step to merge healthy living with entrepreneurial spirit, Victor Demesmin Jr. has opened two new health food restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. This expansion is more than just a business move; it’s a testament to his commitment to promoting health, wellness, and economic opportunity, particularly within the Black community.The restaurants SoFresh and Grain and Berry focus on providing nutritious meals which contribute to Demesmin’s initiative of helping support the community’s ability to live a healthy life with accessible options for all.
Demesmin Jr.has brought these health-conscious concepts down to South Florida from Tampa, where he frequently visited while working out of Demesmin and Dover Law Firms’s second office. His mission was to redefine what it means to eat well and provide a space for health and culture to combine.
