June 21 (UPI) — President Donald Trump announced successful attacks on three nuclear sites in Iran and said all planes have exited Iranian airspace and scheduled a televised address at 10 p.m. EDT on Saturday.
Trump announced the military intervention after returning to the White House on Saturday and scheduling a meeting with his national security team on Sunday.
“We have completed our very successful attack on the three nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz and Eshafan,” Trump said in a Truth Social post at 6:50 p.m. EDT.
