Satonya Baker, the architect behind experiential magic, has quietly shaped the success of major global spirits brands for over two decades. Her innovative approach to B2B sales and marketing led to influential roles representing luxury spirits in Atlanta and South Florida.

In 2013, Baker founded The Beautiful Works, Inc. (TBW), a marketing agency that strategically expanded into culturally relevant commercial real estate. TBW’s distinctive model—blending branding, marketing, and hospitality—has generated over $5 million in economic impact for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) in South Florida since 2021.

Motivated by a commitment to unlocking collective potential, Baker also co-founded TBW’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm, now actively developing affordable housing in Miami-Dade County. Her work reflects a dedicated mission: to sustain and uplift human life, one project at a time.
