Miami Gardens Councilwoman Linda Julien has been named the Residential Housing Advocate of the Year by the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, recognizing her efforts to expand homeownership and address housing challenges in the community. The award highlights her ongoing advocacy for affordable housing and initiatives aimed at helping residents secure stable housing in Miami Gardens and beyond.
The award will be presented at the 2025 MIAMI REALTORS® Inaugural & Awards VIP Reception on Wednesday, February 7, 2025, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Resort. The exclusive VIP Reception will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a gathering of esteemed leaders, past presidents, award recipients, and their guests.
Councilwoman Julien, a seasoned Real Estate Broker and dedicated public servant, has championed innovative housing solutions and promoted sustainable growth to ensure equitable access to affordable housing.
