Lizzo spoke candidly about her day on a plate amid her recent weight loss. The “Good as Hell” singer, 37, said during an interview with Women’s Health, published on Tuesday, July 1, that she is committed to three protein and vegetable-packed meals per day. In turn, the regimen helps to maintain a “far surpassed” goal weight. The dietary disclosure comes after Lizzo announced in January via Instagram that she had reached her “weight release goal,” a figure she hadn’t seen on the scales since 2014. According to the outlet, Lizzo’s “go-to breakfast” consists of two scrambled eggs, chicken sausage and a “cauliflower hash brown.” For lunch, she opts for either a “shredded Thai chicken salad,” lettuce wraps “stuffed with tuna,” or sliced chicken breast.
