In every region, there are leaders who not only shape the landscape of business but elevate the people and communities around them. In South Florida, Dr. Linda A. Collymore stands firmly in that category — a visionary builder whose influence extends across ministry, business development, economic empowerment and community transformation. Her work reflects a rare combination of strategic leadership, spiritual grounding and an unwavering commitment to helping others rise.

As overseer of Operation Kingdom International Churches, president of Operation Kingdom International School of Ministry (OKISOM), and executive director of Operation Kingdom International Ministerial Covenant Association (OKIMCA), Dr. Collymore has devoted her life to equipping emerging and seasoned leaders. She cultivates environments where integrity, accountability and purpose are foundational pillars. Her philosophy is clear and compelling: everything needed for Kingdom advancement already exists within the community. Through mentorship, education and resource development, she works diligently to help leaders identify, activate and maximize those gifts.

This philosophy is exemplified in The Diplomat Center — one of Dr. Collymore’s most transformative achievements. As CEO, she has reimagined the former Channel 29 FOX News building into a dynamic 15,500-square-foot hub for small businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, youth programs and community stakeholders. The Diplomat Center is more than a workspace; it is an incubator for vision, collaboration and opportunity. Under her leadership, it has become a place where ideas take root, partnerships form and local innovators gain the support they need to thrive.

Dr. Collymore’s impact also reaches deeply into the social and economic fabric of families through Operation Global Resource Initiatives, Inc. (OGRI), the organization she founded to strengthen communities through empowerment, education, leadership development and youth advancement. Her work reflects a holistic approach — addressing both immediate needs and long-term systems that create stability and generational impact.

In the business arena, Dr. Collymore leads Dominion Business Enterprises, Inc., a full-service firm providing tax preparation, credit restoration, financial education and business-scaling strategies. Dominion equips entrepreneurs with the essential tools to build capacity, strengthen their financial foundation and pursue sustainable business growth. For many, her guidance represents the turning point from survival to stability and from aspiration to action.

Her reach extends from local neighborhoods to global platforms. As a 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient and an official Peace Ambassador with the United Nations, Dr. Collymore has contributed more than 30,000 hours of service to initiatives that uplift, protect and empower people worldwide. Her leadership is anchored in service and strengthened by a steadfast belief in possibility.

Dr. Linda A. Collymore is a distinguished example of what it means to build boldly, serve faithfully and pave the way for others. Her work continues to shape South Florida and beyond — leaving a legacy defined by purpose, progress, and people.
